Currently, there are only two railway lines in south Nepal, one is the Birgunj Junction and the other is the Janakpur Junction which is located near the Nepal-India Border. But there is no train rail in Bhutan yet. Nowadays, transport in Bhutan comprises over 8,000km of roads and four airports, but no railroad. You can take a train to one of the two railway stations in Nepal, then transfer to cars or planes to Bhutan. Though Bhutan has no railway network, there are plans to link the southern parts of Bhutan to the vast Indian railway network.
